HVAC Installation Guarantee

When it comes to installing new HVAC components it’s important to specifically follow the manufacturers recommendations. This ensures that each new component is configured properly and will operate at maximum efficiency.

HVAC Warranties: Most new HVAC components come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Our Novel Care technician will be able to provide you with information regarding the warranty on your new component. Typically, this information is also available on the manufacturer’s website.

Furnace Replacement Guarantee*: If your furnace’s heat exchanger breaks within the first 10 years following its installation we will replace it free of charge (labour costs apply). Following the replacement we will provide you with an additional 10 year parts guarantee.

Air Conditioner Replacement Guarantee*: If your air conditioner’s compressor breaks within the first 10 years following its installation we will replace it free of charge. Following the replacement we will provide you with an additional 10 year parts guarantee. This guarantee only applies if you’ve been using Novel Care for annual air conditioning maintenance.
